Your name in 10th marksheet will be taken as your final name and only that will be considered. Whether date of birth they will ask or not can't say, but you will have to explain if they ask. As far as name in aadhar card is concerned you can change in Uidai web portal for change in name. But for all educational and other purposes name as per 10th marksheet will only be taken in account.
