The SC cut off marks can go as low to 100 to 200 out of 720 in some States but that is not necessarily the scenario in all states
usually in most States with the score in excess of 450 out of 720 you should be getting into a decent government medical college availing your SC quota reservation if you are availing the 85% state quota in that particular state of domicile
it is always better to AIM higher and try to score in excess of 460 of 470 of 720 to keep your chances alive and have more options regarding your college selection

The cutoff varries every years and so it is suggested that you must score good marks to secure your seat in govt colleges. You being SC candidate must focus on securing atleast 450-500 marks so that you can get a good govt college.
Also you can check the previous year cutoff to get an idea of the actualy scenario.

The cutoff changes every year.. due to many factors like.. paper difficulty level.. number of students appearing in the exam and all such related. So it would be difficult to tell you the safe marks. As per last year 2018, passing marks for SC category were 96 but to get admission with such low marks is not possible at all. Minimum 450-500+ score is required to secure your seat in a good college.!
