Hello Bharathi,

In case there has been a deduction of amount from your account while making the payment and the status is denied, you will be refunded back with the amount.

You can proceed with the payment again to submit the application form. Also, check by logging to your application form whether the payment has been received or not? If not, then only proceed with the payment again.
