Based on the previous year cut off marks, you will require cut off marks around 429-309 to get a seat in Govt. medical colleges of Jammu&Kashmir. And there is no All India Quota, all seats will be filled by State Quota. So they will give importance to the native people of J&K. Every year cut off marks will vary. But your expected mark is high in ST category. So you have more chances to get a seat in Govt. Colleges.

Condering the previous year's NEET Cutoff , you have possibility of getting seat in government medical colleges of srinagar and jammu whose Cutoff was 266 marks for ST candidates, and also sher-e-kashmir institute of medical science.
