Yes private candidates too are eligible for NEET UG exam as per latest announcements in 2018 . 

Students must have PCB subjects in 12th from recognised University.

Hello Maaya,

Eligibility for neet 2019 will be only 50% of mark in your higher secondary examination .

Hope you have it.if you have more than 50% , you will eligible for neet 2019 .Hope your dreams come to true.
