Hi
First of all study all the fundamentals of the subject. Physics , chemistry and maths this are the most common subjects for any engineering entrance test. Once the fundamentals are clear then start practicing numericals. Time your problem solving speed. In maths more questions are asked on numericals, so practice that. For KCET there is a book available in market where in all the previous year questions have been solved. Like wise on the KCET website you can find sample and previous year papers. Solving previous year paper is very important because you can judge your own ability in problem solving technique.
After solving sample papers, find out where your week point and is try to rectify it.
