Sorry to say but you have very less chances of getting medical seat under convenor quota of your own state  , but you can get a seat in another state having Cutoff which matches ur marks ,and u have possibility of getting seat in BDS .it's better if you work hard more and come back once again with a better score , till then wait for the results and don't loose hope .
