As you have secured a quit appreciative rank, I would prefer you to try in NIT's as they provide a quality education especially for Computer Science brinch. You can try for NIT Surathkal, Rourkela, Agartala, Patna, Srinagar and so on. The recruiters mainly consider the college in which you have studied. If you belong to a well recognized college, then you are definite to get a job in a prestigious company and with high salary package. If you are still looking for some other options then you can think about Thapar Institute Of Engineering and Technology (Patiala), Birla Institute Of Technology (Mesra), Amity School of Engineering (Noida) and so on, as these are also considered best colleges in India. So make a good decision so that you won't regret later.

Your chances of getting an average NIT with branches like computer science engineering, electrical engineering is high. I will suggest you to go for NIT JSR , Rourkela, Durgapur , if you want Computer science branch otherwise you can take good NITs with average or lower branches there.
