Dear Sir / Ma'm, according to last years' cut-off, with a score of 546, you can expect the following colleges :

Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad

Government Medical College, Nizamabad

Government Medical College, Mahabubnagar

ESI Medical College, Hyderabad

Government Medical College, Siddipet.

However, cut-offs are subject to change with every year.

Hello,
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in telangana through state quota .
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
