The syllabus of NEET contains 11th as well as 12th portion of CBSE. As you are in 12th standard now, some of the protion is covered for NEET. You just have to revise for 11th standard. You can start with studying NCERT books. As they are most important and recommended books for NEET as well as AIIMS. You can use the following books for preparation other than NCERT-

In order to prepare for NEET make sure your NCERT is completed to make your base strong and to clear all your concepts and fundamentals. Your syllabus is based on NCERT books only. After completing each chapter solve all the exercises which are given at the end of each chapters.
To give edge to your preparation go through previous year papers to understand the exam pattern and level of questions. Focus on important topics you can solve MCQs related to important topics for your practice.
You can also solve complete mock test series to understand your strength and weakness. So, you can work upon them.
