Hi anshita ,
I don't know whether you have just appeared in class 12 or you are going to appear final exam of class 12 this year. If u have just arrived in 12 you have 1 year left in your hand for preparing yourself. You may take admission in those coaching centers Akash Allen for neet purpose. They will provide you practice material for mcq. You can follow truemans for biology arihant for physics chemistry. Keep practicing regularly.
If you are going to appear final exam this year then you have very very little time .. cracking neet in this little time will not be a cake walk for you. My advice is jst focus on your board exam right now. After exam you may practice mcqs for neet. All the best.

Hi Anshita,

The syllabus of NEET contains 11th as well as 12th portion of CBSE. As you are in 12th standard now, some of the protion is covered for NEET. You just have to revise for 11th standard. You can start with studying NCERT books. As they are most important and recommended books for NEET as well as AIIMS. You can use the following books for preparation other than NCERT-

  • Complete NEET Guide by MTG Publications for all subjects
  • Objective NCERT at your fingertips by MTG Publications for all subjects
  • Problems in Physics by I.E.Irodov
  • Objective Biology/Chemistry by Dinesh
  • Target NEET by Disha

Don't forget to solve previous year question papers with setting time. For more details go through the link https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/best-books-for-neet.

Dear Anshita,

In order to prepare for NEET make sure your NCERT is completed to make your base strong and to clear all your concepts and fundamentals.
Your syllabus is based on NCERT books only. After completing each chapter solve all the exercises which are given at the end of each chapters.

To give edge to your preparation go through previous year papers to understand the exam pattern and level of questions. Focus on important topics you can solve MCQs related to important topics for your practice.

You can also solve complete mock test series to understand your strength and weakness. So, you can work upon them.
