As you scored 387 marks in NEET 2019 it would be difficultfor you to take admission in any medical college in MP. The cut off for your state is way more than your score. It is for the general category.
You can try taking admission through management quota then you would get admission in some good college.

And as per previous Cutoff marks , if you belong to General category then you don't have any chance for a medical seat ,
As the Cutoff of general category or BC category students was above 500 marks ,
But if you belong to SC or ST category then you have fair chance to get admission in some good medical college,
