52% is not a problem since the minimum marks required to get admission in Microbiology course is that you must have 50% in board examinations with science.You must have biology in class 12th standards.The percentage required for admission is different for different colleges.But with 52% of marks you can get chance in some average college since there is a lot of competition for this course.
