yes, we can apply for a job VISA after B-Tech but firstly we need to select for the job through consultancy or  By another means like internet etc.. and need to apply for a non_immagirant certificate through the offer letter,  By then we can apply for VISA to that particular state in USA. For M.TECH In USA we can apply for student VISA by qualifying the international  exam Like TOFEL and IELTS. with rank secured in the exam we can send request to the colleages that your eligible. If college agree to give admission we can have a student VISA.
