SA, SB and SX are the 3 streams under which KVPY is conducted.
Stream SA:The students studying in class 11 (Science Subjects) have to choose Stream SA while appearing for KVPY Exam 2018.
Stream SX:The students studying in class 12 (Science Subjects) have to choose Stream SX while appearing for KVPY Exam 2018.
Stream SB:The students studying in first year of any undergraduate program in Basic Sciences,B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.S. in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology have to choose Stream SB while appearing for KVPY Exam 2018.


You can give SX exam this year,
There will be two levels
1)  written test
2) interview (for those who clear written test.)

You have to choose 3 subjects out of 4 in one bit and 2 of selected 3 in other three.
The selection of subject is done by userself after going through the paper.

• you have to be secured a minimumof 75% (65% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE subjects(Physics/Chemistry/Biology)
• In the X Standard Board Examination and a minimumof 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in mathematics and science subjects.
