As you know that today is the last date for application form submission so there is a strong possibility of the server being busy. Wait for sometime and see whether you receive the mail or not.

Hi....just go to again to apply online page ...then enter ur register id and ur password ,, then it comes PRINT option ,,, then click print ,,,, then ur applied page comes,,,,,,then save it or print as ur wish,,,,
