You need to understand that mock allotment of seats are done to give the candidates a rough idea on the colleges they might get in the actual allotment round. So if a college is allotted in the mock round , then there is may be 70-80% chance that you might get same college, ,if not then, more or less similar level colleges . But at the same time there is no 100% guarantee that you will get the same seat. This is because by the time the actual allotment round comes , several candidates may  change their preferences or choices and that will alter the rank cutoffs requirements for that college. So based on number of applicants and differences in ranks at the time of actual allotment you possibilities may vary. If you have a really high rank or score then mostly you will get the same college or even better options for the same reasons .
