Yes, in KCET Round 2 counselling , you can change your college choices from Round 1. You’re allowed to:

Add new colleges
Delete previous choices
Rearrange preferences

Just log in to the KEA portal (https://kea.kar.nic.in) during the Round 2 option entry window and modify your options.
