Hello.

Yes, you can attempt the COMEDK UGET and skip KCET if you wish to even if you belong to Karnataka. For Karnataka students, KCET is more preferable to COMEDK as the fee paid for the seats obtained by KCET is lower than COMEDK UGET fees, also, the exam is meant only for students who have received education in Karnataka whereas any student across the country can attempt COMEDK.
