Hello dear aspirant

Congratulations on clearing class 12th exams.
Your percentage are enough to get you a seat in university of Delhi, but you can't get a good college, you will almost get an off campus college, or an evening college like Satwayati evening.
Keep your eyes on the cutoff and you will make it one college or the other
