Previous year, through all India Councelling,  the Cut off was 537 for getting into silchar government medical college silchar, Assam

And 550 for getting into government medical college of himachal predesh.

So, if i see previous year cutoff trends  then your chnces to get into government medical colleges of assam and himachal predesh is quiet low,with general category. Cutoff is goes very high. 

You should try for  state quota Councelling or should try for Government dental colleges.
