Unfortunately your rank is not good enough for you to get admission into any National Institute of Technology even with the OBC category reservation. You won't be getting admission into NITs but there are many good GFTIs out there in which you can easily secure admission into good branches. Some of these are:

Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar
Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology
Assam University, Silchar
