If you have already uploaded the mark sheet earlier then you don't need to worry. The marks are visible and the data has been recorded by the admission form.

If in case, you are not able to upload the required documents at the time of registration then you can do it later on at the registration portal of delhi university. After the release of first admission list by the university, the option to upload your mark sheet has been put so that the students can attach the documents who have not done it earlier.
