LNMIIT is providing degree in two programs Btech and Btech+Mtech(Dual Degree) on basis of JEE Rank. Now according to your percentile you might have got rank somewhere about 100000 in JEE Mains.Now from previous years cutoff you can analyse that what branch you will get.Please also note that there is no reservation criterion in LNMIIT.
