Hello Aspirant,
Qualifying in advanced is not at all an issue here. Remember, around 3 lakh people qualified mains, wheras a mere 1 lakh have only qualified advanced. Hence, since you have not qualified advanced, you will be given option to select only NITs or IIITs and not IITs.
Also, since you have a good percentile, you can get into NIT Calicut, Trichy or Warangal.

Hi aspirant,
JOSAA counselling is for admission into NIT and IIT colleges. So basically you are eligible for JOSAA counselling no matter you have cleared JER advanced or not. But you can only apply for NIT colleges not for IIT through this counselling. Hope you are clear with it.

Same here i got 97.16 in mains but not qualify in advanced....yes obviously you can apply for nits..
