Hello aspirant
Digilocker is a digital document storage locker application released by government of india to minimise our dependency on hard copy document.Every documents in digilocker are released by respective authority. In case of cbse mark sheet,Cbse had already released a statement earlier that digilocker mark sheet are valid for all admissions in any college of india as it is digitally signed and verified by cbse officiall so your digilocker mark sheet is valid in du admissions procedures too.
