Hi Ayush,
The books that you do, literally tell like where you gonna stand in these entrance examinations. Solve the standard books deliberately and you are guaranteed to ace in any of the entrance examinations. Now coming over to the books:
BIOLOGYNCERT- read the theory from this book as many times as you can and never believe you’ve read it fully! For extra information read class notes and modules of Allen or Aakash and also solve objective questions at the end of every chapter from these modules. I would suggest you not to read Trueman’s completely as it has a lot of useless and obsolete information instead use it for some topics only.
CHEMISTRYFor theory in case of inorganic and organic read out all the stuff from NCERT and remember the same. For physical the NCERT doesn’t hold that much value though do read it once at least. Do solve all the in-text and exercises questions of NCERT.Apart from this, your class notes, books like Peter Sykes, GRB can strengthen your theory part. For practice, solve Shri balaji publications, modules, also solve some portion of P. Bahadur
PHYSICSTheory from NCERT should be read if you want to ace in AIIMS though it won’t be useful for NEET. I would suggest reading theory from Principles of Physics by Halliday, Resnick and Walker as the theory and problems are very intriguing and makes you fall for physics. For practice go for H.C. Verma (also the theory is extremely good), D.C. Pandey(Solve any one of them though i would suggest HCV over DC). Also, go for Aakash modules for practice.
Apart from all these, i would suggest NCERT Exemplars of all the three subjects. Previous year questions from JEE for physics and chemistry should also be solved.
