Yes you are eligible to study 3 year law programme after graduation .

Yes, You can apply for 3 years LLb programme. Top universities & its exam for three years Law programme are Delhi University, DULLB entrance exam, BHU LLB entrance exam, MH CET Law Entrance Exam etc. you can apply.

To apply for the programme only you should be graduate in any of the field with minimum 50% in your Graduation.
