This is serious case and you must talk to the authorities in-charge immediately. However, it is possible that their still an option to make changes in the courses selected. You need to check the counselling schedule. Since you did not mention the name of the counselling, we cannot provide step by step information but even then if the dates have passed, verification complete and the counselling has stopped then there it will put you in a difficult position.
