Hello aspirant. Lokmanya Tilak college is a first choice for most of the NEET aspirants. And this leads to relatively higher cut off for it's UG/PG courses. In my opinion, 600 is the least marks you must have to expect a seat. 650 marks will be excellent and you will have 95% chances of securing a seat.
