Hi I am currently studying in MDU 1st year and i would like to migrate. My 12th percentage was 72.5%. My course is Btech CSE. Am i eligible for anything like that? if so what's the procedure?

There is no problem with migration if the college you want to go for is ready to have you and they set some eligibility criteria for admission like these.

But the major problem is that to migrate from your current college you will need NOC(No Objection Certificate) from your college which they don't provide unless you pay the fees of all 4 years altogether.
