You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 619 in the exam, you can secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of 600 or above remained to be a safe zone for the general category under the All India quota and a score of 550 or above for the OBC category. SC and ST should have a score of 450 ot above to secure a seat in Mbbs. But scores and ranks vary each year with toughness of the exam and availability of seats.
