Gener Category: 479
BC-A: 478
BC-B: 474
SC: 349
ST: 183

With your score, you have a chance at a Government Medical College only if belong to ST Category. Or else, the chances are poor. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
