Yes you are eligible to apply for this stream in Delhi University.
And no marks will be deducted because of gap year.

I am science student in intermediate .I want to take admission in ba therefore there is any disadvantage in my % .

Yes, your score might be deducted by 1% or 2%, if you're from science stream. But don't leave opportunity, do apply.
