See, if you intend to pursue BSc or BCA all over again after you passed graduation in 2014 with one backlog, then your graduation degree won't be considered  in this matter, your 12th educational qualification will be the deciding factor here, as the eligibility criteria of undergraduate programs are based on 10+2 educational qualifications. so as long as your 12th is clear without any backlog, you can apply for BSc/BCA through distance education, generally there is no upper age limit regarding this.
