85 percent quota benefit is given to those aspirants who cleared their 10+2 from that specific state. Or other option is that you have domicile certificate of that state. If you have done your school from Rajasthan thenyou have benefit of state quota with Rajasthan state not for delhi and vice versa of it. You still can apply for the 15 percent all India quota for any state government medical college.
