Hi. The compulsory subjects required for electronics and communication in Bharati Vidyapeeth are: Physics and Mathematics and one of the optional subjects are: Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational

Therefore, it is not mandatory to take computer in 12th.
