Congratulations to you for securing a good rank in jee advanced.On the basis of this rank you may get some of the new IITS with branches like CS or IT but if you want to go for an older IIT then you may have to compromise with your branch i.e,you may not cs,it in older IITS you'll get branches like ece, mechanical,civil etc.So,first of all prioritise your choices.
