Yes,You have secured a good rank in GITAM GAT exam 2019.You can definitely get a seat in CSE branch in both campuses of GITAM unoversity.You score a good rank enough to get computer science and engineering in any of the two campuses.For previous year the closing rank to get CSE were around 7000.Therefore there are full chances to get CSE this year for you also.Your position of ranking is under the required rank for the university.That's why you can easil get the CSE in atleast on the campus if you will apply.
