Congratulations for scoring decent marks in the entrance exam.
If i go by the previous year data ,then you have fair chances of getting admission in a government medical college in maharashtra through state quota
You can get the following colleges -

Rajeev Gandhi Medical College Thane
Dr Vaishampayan Memorial Government Medical College, Solapur
Government Medical College, Miraj
Shree Bhausaheb Hire Medical College, Dhule

It depends on several factors .Your category,your state domicile .If you are from a reserved category then your chances of getting admission into a government medical college increases by many fold.
