hi I got 509 neet score and aiq 10968 general. what is my chance in getting 15 all india quota

509 is really a good score and definitely you are going in a good government medical college . And YES you can go for both state quota as well as all india quota . And chances are really good . So get ready for rounds of counseling as you will definitely become a doctor .

Getting a seat under 15% AIQ is quite tough with these marks as one has to score 550+ to be able to secure a seat in AIQ. The competition level is very high and getting a seat under 15% AIQ is tough as well.
However you have good enough chances of getting a seat in 85% state quota go for it.
