Hi Kishore,

At your marks you will only get Private Medical/Dental/AYUSH seats. If you are okay with it then you can go forth and need not take a drop.

But,if you dont want a private seat and if this was your first attempt, May I suggest that you go for a drop as there are lakhs of students who improve their marks in the second attempt and get government seats!
