As you have saw your result, then what you want to do medical or dental. There will be counseling, you should go for it. And I will also suggest you to register for other medical or dental colleges who are accepting meet score. I am giving you link for further details:

All the details about the Counselling Procedure would be disclosed soon on the official website of NTA conducting NEET.
There will be separate circulars and notices uploaded in the site to provide the information about the procedure to be followed by the students.
In case you want to apply through State Quota, make sure to keep an upon the Health University website of your state to know the details.
The basic registration for the counselling procedure is expected to begin soon since since the results have been disclosed.
