The maths required in finance MBA is not very tough. It just involves concepts of statistics. You will not be required to go through those tough integrations and all! It is not JEE preparation going on! Moreover, MBA is more of a grooming degree rather than being oriented at the knowledge part more. So, yes, you may go for it of you have a knack for it.
