I don't think that it will be a issue, but still if you want to make any changes in your Neet form the correction window will be open from March 12 (tentatively 10.00 AM) to March 16, 2018 (tentatively 11.59 PM).
You can make the changes.
Moreover you can contact thier support team for more assurance.

No it wouldn't if both email & no is belonging to you and active.Because they will communicate via these.So these sims and mails must be active.

If you had given two numbers then it won't affect you. On the second hand you will be tagged with the relating information under both the e-mail.

No you won't face any problem even if you had given two different mobile numbers and email id for two different entrance exams.But make sure that both of the mobile numbers and email id are active as it will be required for sharing any information.

Its perfectly allright if you have given two different phone numbers and email id for CET and NEET. You just need to ensure these are active as they are the only means of communication.
