my mobile no. which was i gave in neet registration is deactivated .is it necessary to give same mobile no.? can i give different mobile no? i have my mail id.

No. If you try registering with a different email od wlbut with the same mobile no#, there will be a pop up stating that the Mobile no# has been registered with another user and you cannot use the same mobile no# again. Each Candidate should have a designated Email Id and Mobile no#.
