As a General category the qualifying percentile 2019 is 50 percentile & the qualifying cutoff 2019 score is 340, For OBC category, the qualifying percentile 40th percentile & the qualifying cutoff score is 295.

So if you belong to OBC category then you have qualified the exam. You can also refer the below given link for the further information about the cutoff.
