Im from AP, got qualified in neetpg, can we apply for karnataka, tamilnadu, state counsellings ? Or not

yeah!! you can join any of the colleges in the india through the NEET-PG while frankly there are various eligibilty that very state and process under goes where as in karanataka has diffrent sort of application and procedure as well you can know in the below link and in karnataka 10% of the total seats in KPCF, KRLMPCA and AMPCK colleges are reserved for other states, simlarly check for the same with other states

NEET PG Eligibility Criteria 2019 for 50% All India Quota seats

As per the eligibility criteria of NEET PG 2019, candidates from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are eligible for 50% All India Quota seats .

So you can avial for counselling in Karnataka and Tamilnadu.
