As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in gujrat through state quota .
Previous year ,minimum marks admitted for an sc candidate was 372 for Govt. Medical College, Bhavnagar.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
