I regret to inform you that with such a low score in mhtcet 2019 its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering with computer science branch.
As computer science branch is one of the core branches so it has high closing cutoff for the candidates to get admission.
Still you can take chances with some college under management quota dypatil , pune institute of computer technology, sinhagad institute, vishwakarma institute of technology.

Hello Sandeep, you have pretty decent rank in MHT CET with that rank it's sure that you are not eligible for goverment college. But you can try your in some private university. I will suggest you to go for D.Y. Patil intitute. And do not depend on just on college do keep some other college as a backup plan. Hope this helps!!
