Don't worry because yes you will be eligible for admission to engineering colleges of Gujarat because even after studying for class 11th and 12th in Gujarat you won't be getting the domicile criteria until and unless your father serves in Indian government services and you will be considered as other state candidate for which some ratio of seats are fixed so you can take admission on them on the basis of your JEE-Main/GUJCET score.
